For a pranayama Joy Ride; and a concert of crystal bowls at the end.
Saturday ~ March 8th, 15th, 22nd from 11a - 12:15p
We’ll use the breath alongside fun, seated, (kind of aerobic) movements; expect to stir your pot, lift your spirits and soothe your soul with bits of meditation throughout.
This will be a 45 minute breathing/pranayama class, followed by a sound bath with crystal bowls; we may spend the first few mins chatting about the recipes of the practice which we will then embody.
Everyone is truly welcome! It’s a great practice for all ages and stages.

In March it will Be Time!
To begin emerging out of winter’s waters and potentiating our bodies’ efforts towards the springy nature that will be on 👏 its 👏 way 👏.
Oftentimes, restorative practices offer the opportunity to go deeper; we’re going to do the opposite! We will use props, adjustments, breath and imagination to restore and regenerate ~ finding the levity and lightness that exists in the body when we allow the shape of each pose to serve us in an elevated & supported manner.
Fires might rise, waters will move and new space will be found, potentially.
For the last 15 minutes of each session I will play bowls of crystal tones, wrapping up our time with some harmonious tunes.
Uplifting and joyful metaphor included!
