KATONAH YOGA

Hatha based yoga layering in Taoist anatomy, internal alchemy, geometry, & practical techniques that engage the body, imagination, and breath.

BREATHING PRACTICE

Embodied & uplifting breathing exercises; integrating Taoist circuit wraps, Katonah Yoga, Kundalini and the Magic Square for embodiment & orientation.

RESTORATIVE

Lots of props & adjustments available, regenerative & restoring.
